I vote for option E: Hire a carrier pigeon to manually deliver the backups to the offsite location. Old-school, but it gets the job done!

Hmm, this is a tricky one. I'm leaning towards B, but I'd have to double-check the Veeam documentation to be sure.

After reviewing the documentation, it looks like the correct option is actually A. We need to add a capacity tier to the Scale-out Backup Repository and enable the 'Move' option.

I agree, 'GFS Tiering' does sound like it would accomplish the task of making a copy of the data on a different media type. Let's double-check the documentation to be sure.

D is my pick. Copying to a capacity tier is probably the easiest solution here.

I'm not sure, I think adding an archive tier with the 'Copy' option could also work.

I think both options could work, but enabling 'GFS Tiering' in an archive tier might provide better long-term storage capabilities.

But wouldn't enabling the 'Move' option in a capacity tier also achieve the same result?

I'd go with C. The 'Copy' option on the archive tier sounds like it would create the offsite backup we need.

Yeah, that makes sense. It would create a copy of the data on a different media type and keep it off site.
