Which statement best describes iteration and the ADM?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: D

This statement best describes iteration and the ADM. The ADM is iterative over the whole process between phases and within phases because it allows for feedback loops and refinements at any point in the architecture development and transition process. Iteration enables architects to address changing requirements, assumptions, constraints, and environments; to validate and improve architectures; to manage risks and issues; and to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and value realization. The ADM is sequential, right? And iteration is applied within the phases, not between them. I'm almost certain about that.

Hmm, I thought the level of detail was defined once and applied to all iterations. But I could be mixing that up with something else.

I'm pretty sure the ADM is iterative, both between and within phases. That's what I remember from the course material.
