I'm stuck between B and C. Prioritization is important, but the overall management of requirements throughout the ADM is probably the more comprehensive answer.
I believe D) The development of requirements that deliver business value is also important. Without delivering value, what's the point of the requirements?
D) The development of requirements that deliver business value is what requirements management is all about. The end goal is to ensure the requirements align with and support the business needs.
C) The management of architecture requirements throughout the ADM cycle seems like the best answer. The ADM cycle is all about the lifecycle of architecture development, so requirements management would be a key part of that.
