Which two analytics options are available for a scatter plot view? Choose two.

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: C, D

For a scatter plot view in Tableau, you can add reference lines and trend lines as part of the analytics options. Reference lines can be added to a visualization to mark certain values or to provide context, such as an average line across a scatter plot. Trend lines, on the other hand, are used to show the relationship between two variables in the view, indicating the general direction or pattern of the data points in a scatter plot.

C and D for sure. Although, I'm a bit disappointed there's no option to add glitter and unicorns to the scatter plot. That would really make it sparkle.

I see your point, Skye. Totals IS and Reference lines could provide valuable insights in a scatter plot view as well.

I'm not sure about Trend lines, I think Totals IS and Reference lines could also be options.

I agree with Ruby, those two options make sense for a scatter plot view.

Definitely C) Reference lines and D) Trend lines. You can't forecast with a scatter plot, and Totals IS is for tables, not charts.
