I believe the correct answer is B. Configuring Syslog alert actions on the Alert Actions tab seems like the way to go.

I'm not sure, but I think D could also be a valid option. Configuring a new Log Viewer rule might work.

This question is a trap! (Get it, a 'trap' question?) Seriously, though, Option C is the way to go. Traps in Orion Alerts is the easiest way to do this.

Option B - Syslog alert actions. It's the tried and true method, and you can't go wrong with it. Unless you want to spend hours configuring traps, that is.

Personally, I'd go with Option D. The Traps view gives you more granular control over the trap messages you want to alert on.
