C. GET_PRESIGNED_URL is the way to go. It's the only option that lets you securely share data without giving away the store. Just don't forget to set an expiration date on that URL!

B. BUILD_STAGE_FILE_URL seems like the way to go. Why bother with the extra step of getting a pre-signed URL when you can just generate the direct URL?
