This question is as clear as mud, but I'll give it a shot. The CIO, system administrator, and field service manager are must-haves. The field service agent and dispatcher are also crucial, though the customer service agent and CEO can probably be replaced by a trained parrot. Just sayin'.

This is a tricky one, but I'd say the CIO, system administrator, field service manager, field service agent, and dispatcher are the most critical resources. The CEO and customer service agent are nice to have, but not absolutely essential.
