But TCPAllowedConnections and TCPAllowedSessions are not mentioned in the options. I think TCPMaxPortsExhausted, TCPMaxHalfOpen, and TCPMaxHalfOpenRetried make more sense.

I think the correct values to adjust are TCPMaxPortsExhausted, TCPMaxHalfOpen, and TCPMaxHalfOpenRetried.
