I agree with it makes sense that defining the solution design for Agile Release Trains would be more aligned with the Solution Architect's role.

I disagree, I believe it's B, driving the strategy for maintaining the Enterprise's architecture. That sounds more like a responsibility of the Enterprise Architect to me.

I think it's definitely C, defining the Solution design for Agile Release Trains. That's more of a role for the Solution Architect, right?
