A and C, no doubt. You need to know the duration and the work involved to figure out the planned costs. Although, if the activity involves juggling, that might be a different story altogether.
I'm going to go with A and C. Duration and work. Simple as that. Although, if the profit center is making a loss, maybe that's also important to know. Just a thought.
