C is wrong - you can't just assign a WBS element to a different project. That's like trying to use your neighbor's lawn mower to mow your own lawn. It just doesn't work that way.

A, D, and E are correct. You can have multiple WBS elements per level, and a WBS element can serve different purposes. But a 10-level limit is just silly - who needs that many levels?
