This question is a bit tricky, but I'm pretty sure A, C, and E are the right answers. The SuccessStore and General Settings are the most likely places to set up those pre-populated dates.

D seems a bit too specific, I doubt they'd use the 'attribute type=date' approach. A, C, and E make more sense to me.
