C) Sum Function? Really? I mean, unless we're trying to count the number of languages each employee speaks, that's not the right solution. D) Group Columns is the way to go, no doubt about it.

A) Show Total Row? Nah, that's not gonna cut it. We want the first and last name to show up only once, not a total row. D) Group Columns is the clear winner here.
