I'm torn between B and D, but I think I'm leaning towards B. Separating the corporate and country performance just feels more logical to me. Although, maybe I'm just biased towards plans with the word 'goal' in them. Who doesn't love a good goal, right?

True, D does have a higher weight on the Business Goal section. It's a tough choice.

I'm not sure, I think D could work as well. It still separates the performances but weights them differently.

I think B makes more sense too. Separating the different performances seems clearer.

Ah, I see what they're going for. Option A is the way to go - nice and straightforward. Although, I'd be tempted to call it the 'Bonus Bonanza' plan, just to liven things up a bit.

Hmm, Option C seems a bit off. 30% for the Business Goal section? That doesn't seem right, given the 30% and 30% split mentioned in the question.

Hmm, I agree. Option C does seem a bit off with the 30% weight for the Business Goal section. It doesn't align with the split mentioned in the question.

B) Additive plan with two Business Goal sections. Corporate Performance in one Business Goal section, weighted at 30%. Country Performance in other section, weighted at 30%. Individual section weighted at 40%

A) Additive plan with one Business Goal section. The Business Goal section is weighted 60% and the Individual section is weighted 40%. Within the Business Goal section, Corporate Performance is weighted 50% and Country Performance is weighted 50%

Interesting point, Francoise. I can see how having separate sections for Corporate and Country Performance could provide more clarity in determining bonuses.

I'm going to go with Option D. The weightings seem to align with the requirements, and the single Business Goal section is a clean way to configure it.

Option B looks good to me. Separating the corporate and country performance into different sections makes sense to accurately reflect their respective weights.

I think option B is the best choice as well. It clearly outlines the weights for each performance category.

I disagree, I believe the correct answer is B. Having two Business Goal sections allows for better differentiation between Corporate Performance and Country Performance.

I think the correct answer is A. It makes sense to have one Business Goal section with Corporate Performance and Country Performance weighted equally.
