I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure the background element needs to be both configured and the user needs permissions to see it. So A and D sound right to me.
Haha, I bet the person who wrote this question got a kick out of putting C in there. That's just a random bit of the data model, it has nothing to do with visibility.
I think option C) is important because the element needs to be included in the data model template for it to be visible in People Profile. It's like the foundation for displaying the background element.
I agree with Edelmira. Those two options make sense because without adding the element and granting permissions, the background element won't be visible.
I think the prerequisites for a background element to be visible in People Profile are A) The element is added under Admin Center Configure People Profile and D) Permissions are granted under Admin Center Set User Permissions.
I think the correct answers are A and D. The element needs to be added to the People Profile configuration, and the user needs the correct permissions to see it.
