Personally, I'm not a big fan of auto-populating anything. But I guess C could work if you have a really good saved search. A, D, and E are my picks.

I prefer adding candidates from a saved search too. A, D, and E seem like the best choices.

I believe candidates can also be added to a talent pool by auto-populating from a saved search. That's another correct answer.

I agree with Lashawn, adding from the Candidate Workbench is one way. But I also think candidates can add themselves to the talent pool.

Hmm, I think B is a bit of a stretch. Shouldn't we be focusing on more proactive ways to build a talent pool? I'd say A, C, and D are the winners here.

E definitely needs to be one of the answers. I mean, who knows the candidates better than the candidates themselves? A, C, and E for me.

Haha, adding candidates from an email campaign? That's like trying to catch a fish with a net made of holes. I'd go with A, C, and E.

Yeah, A, C, and E are the best options. Email campaigns can be unreliable when it comes to adding candidates.

I'm pretty sure options A, C, and D are the correct answers. Adding candidates from the Candidate Workbench, auto-populating from a saved search, and adding from a Candidate Search seem like the most logical ways to build a talent pool.

Adding from the Candidate Workbench, auto-populating from a saved search, and adding from a Candidate Search make sense.
