I'm going with B. Who would even set the tracking backend to 'none'? That's like telling the LMS, 'Hey, I don't want you to know how I'm doing!' Seriously, what were they thinking?

C? Really? That's like saying the LMS doesn't have a microwave either. Of course it has an SAP Enable Now interface, it just needs to be set up correctly.

D seems like the obvious choice here. You gotta make sure your Result Type is configured properly, otherwise the LMS ain't gonna know what to do with that data.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure the answer is B. Why would the LMS even have an SAP Enable Now interface if it's not tracking anything? Seems like a waste of time to me.
