C'mon, the Analytics Specialist is a given. I'm more curious about the Order Fulfillment Specialist - what's their role in all this, other than making sure the predicted sales actually get delivered?
Sales Manager is a no-brainer. Gotta have that sales expertise to make the model effective, right? Although I'm a bit surprised the Order-to-Cash Process Manager isn't on the list.
The Order Fulfillment Specialist and the Analytics Specialist are definitely the relevant roles here. I mean, who else would be involved in training a predictive sales model?
