I believe folder/approuter is also created by default. It helps in routing within the project.

I'm gonna go with A, B, C, and D. Why not? The more the merrier, am I right? Though I'm pretty sure the 'D' stands for 'Dynamite', not 'app'. Just a hunch.

I'm pretty sure C and D are correct. You need the app folder for your actual app code, and the approuter folder for routing and stuff. But hey, what do I know? I'm just trying to wing this exam.
