The answer has to be B, D, and E. I mean, 'Summary', 'Handover', and 'Escalate' are just common sense options for a 'More Action' button. What kind of service agent can't do those?
I think the correct answers are B, D, and E. The 'More Action' button should allow the Service Agent to summarize the case, handover the case, and escalate it to a higher authority.
