If this was a real-world scenario, I'd probably just ask the customer what they prefer. But for the exam, C and D are the way to go.

This is easy! The answer is C and D. Appoint me and a mandatory Activity. Boom! Now the Sales Reps can't weasel their way out of actually talking to the customers. Though I'm pretty sure I'd be the one scheduling the meetings, not them.
