I'm going with C and D. Downloading the WSDL and adding the auth is the first step, and then you need to make sure the right people can access the web service. Simple stuff, really.

Hmm, I'm not sure about that. I think B and D might be the right answers. Assigning the web service operations to a work center view and assigning business users to that view seem like the key steps.
