Yep, B, C, and D are the way to go. Although, I'm kind of curious to see what kind of chaos would ensue if someone tried to use Apache Maven for a cronjob. It would probably just end up being a giant mess.

I'm not sure about Backoffice Administration Cockpit, I think we can also use Script Support on Administration Console (hac) for the cronjob.
