Hmm, I'm not sure about D - TransactionJournal. Isn't that more for the hotel's internal use? I think A, B, and E are the way to go.

I agree with Cassie, but I'd also include C - Contact Record. This will allow the members to view their personal details and contact information whenever they want.

Definitely B, D, and E. The hotel group needs to provide live updates to their loyalty members, so they'll need the LoyaltyLedger to track their transactions, the TransactionJournal to record all activity, and the LoyaltyMemberTier to manage their membership details.
