Actual exam question for Salesforce's Salesforce AI Specialist exam
Question #: 3
Topic #: 1
[All Salesforce AI Specialist Questions]

An AI Specialist turned on Einstein Generative AI in Setup. Now, the AI Specialist would like to create custom prompt templates in Prompt Builder. However, they cannot access Prompt Builder in the Setup menu.

What is causing the problem?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: B

In order to access and create custom prompt templates in Prompt Builder, the AI Specialist must have the Prompt Template Manager permission set assigned. Without this permission, they will not be able to access Prompt Builder in the Setup menu, even though Einstein Generative AI is enabled.

Option B is correct because the Prompt Template Manager permission set is required to use Prompt Builder.

Option A (Prompt Template User permission set) is incorrect because this permission allows users to use prompts, but not create or manage them.

Option C (LLM configuration in Data Cloud) is unrelated to the ability to access Prompt Builder.

I'd say it's definitely the Prompt Template permissions. Those can be tricky to manage, especially if you're new to the whole AI thing. Gotta love the technological advancements, but sometimes the simple stuff trips us up, you know?

Haha, the old 'LLM not configured correctly' problem. Classic IT troubleshooting right there. Hope they figure it out before the AI takes over and starts writing its own prompts!

I agree with Lamar. Without the correct permission set, the AI Specialist won't be able to access Prompt Builder.

Oh boy, I bet the AI Specialist is scratching their head on this one. Probably should have double-checked those permissions before jumping into Prompt Builder. Rookie mistake, but we've all been there.

I believe option A) is the correct answer. The Prompt Template User permission set needs to be assigned correctly for access to Prompt Builder.

Yeah, maybe they didn't assign the right permission set.

Hmm, sounds like a permissions issue to me. The Prompt Template User or Manager set is probably missing. Gotta love when the setup process trips you up, am I right?
