Salesforce Exam OmniStudio Consultant Topic 4 Question 86 Discussion

Actual exam question for Salesforce's OmniStudio Consultant exam
Question #: 86
Topic #: 4
[All OmniStudio Consultant Questions]

When a customer calls to report a product issue, agents need to check all open cases related to that product to see if there are any solutions that can resolve the customer's issue. Products that have been purchased are stored as assets, and there is a lookup relationship from case to asset that allows cases to be linked to the products customers have purchased.

What type of DataRaptor can be used to retrieve a list of cases filtered by the customer's asset and the last service date of the asset?

Ah, the age-old question: which DataRaptor do I use when my customer calls with a product issue? I'm going to have to go with B) DataRaptor Extract on this one. It's the only option that sounds like it's designed for data retrieval, and that's exactly what the question is asking for.

I'm feeling a bit lost here. Maybe I should've studied more about DataRaptors in general. But B) DataRaptor Extract does seem to make the most sense based on the question. *sigh* Guess I'll go with that one and hope for the best.

This is a tricky one, but I'm going to go with B) DataRaptor Extract. It just seems to fit the description of what we need to do - retrieve a list of cases based on certain criteria. Plus, it's the only option that actually sounds like it's designed for data retrieval.

Because we need to retrieve a list of cases filtered by the customer's asset and the last service date of the asset, which sounds like extraction to me.

Hmm, I'm not too sure about this one. I was considering C) DataRaptor Load, but I guess that's more for inserting or updating data, not retrieving it. B) DataRaptor Extract sounds like the way to go.

I think the answer is B) DataRaptor Extract. It's used to retrieve data from Salesforce, and the question specifically mentions retrieving a list of cases based on the customer's asset and last service date.
