Okay, but who actually reads the developer docs? I'm going with Option A. The Launcher is where all the magic happens, including the View List Template option.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure it's D. The Templates menu under the web Campaign menu is where I've always accessed those global templates. Gotta love the convenience!
