Northern Trail Outfitters uses a Salesforce Data Entry Source in their Journey that injects Salesforce Order when they are either create update with a status of New, Currently Knitting, Shipped, and Complete. Haha, talk about a classic 'works on my machine' situation. If only they had a crystal ball to see the future order status changes. Option D is the way to go, folks.

I believe the Contact information should be updated for injection to work upon status update.

This is a tricky one. I'm going to have to go with Option B - the associated Contact needs to be updated in order for the injection to work properly. Nice try, Northern Trail Outfitters!

It's possible that the injection is failing because the Contact information is not being updated.

Yeah, that makes sense. It's important to make sure all the necessary information is updated for the process to work smoothly.

I think you're right, the associated Contact probably needs to be updated for the injection to work.

Maybe they need to check if the Contact is being properly synchronized.

I think the issue might be with the Contact not being updated.

I agree with Delisa, maybe the Orders need to be set up differently.

Ah, I see. The problem is that the Synchronized Data Sources only poll for changes every 15 minutes. That's way too slow for real-time updates. Option C is the answer here.

Hmm, it sounds like the issue might be with the criteria set for the order status. Option D seems like the most likely culprit - the orders might not be meeting the criteria to be injected when the status is updated.

I think the issue could be with the Connect Configuration.

I think the issue is that the order updates are not triggering the injection process. The Salesforce Data Entry Source should be set up to listen for both create and update events.
