I like the idea of using a custom connector in A, but that might be overkill for this use case. I'd probably go with B and save the custom stuff for a more complex requirement.

D looks interesting, but I'm not sure how much effort it would take to set up the marketing app extension. I'd rather go with the simpler solution in B if possible.

Option B seems the most straightforward. Why overcomplicate things with custom connectors or apps? Just use the built-in webinar trigger and call it a day.
