Universal Containers has implemented a Knowledge solution for Agents to provide Field Technicians with information necessary to complete assigned work.
Which two capabilities will now be available? (Choose two.)
I'm torn between B and D. Being able to manage attached articles and search the knowledge base is crucial, but being able to attach them to both work orders and line items is also key.
Option D makes the most sense to me. Being able to attach articles to both work orders and work order line items seems like the most comprehensive solution.
