I'm just hoping the exam doesn't have any 'trick questions' like this one. Gotta keep my wits about me!

I agree with A and D. Launching a new line of business and acquiring a company with its own Salesforce org are definitely valid justifications for a multi-org strategy. This question is a real 'no-brainer'!

B is an interesting one. Using Chatter for collaboration is a good idea, but I'm not convinced that requires a multi-org setup.

I'm not sure about C. Unifying processes across business units doesn't necessarily require multiple orgs, it could be done within a single org too.

I believe option D is also a valid reason, especially if there's an acquired company with its own org.

A and D seem like the most logical reasons to switch to a multi-org strategy. Separate orgs for distinct business units with different processes and regulatory requirements makes sense.

That's true, having separate orgs for distinct business units can help streamline processes and ensure compliance.
