CloudPages? Really? That's for building web pages, not integrating data sources. This is a no-brainer - D is the way to go.

Journey Builder sounds cool, but I doubt it would allow you to directly query Sales Cloud data. D has to be the answer.

I'm pretty sure it's Synchronized Data Sources. That's the only option that mentions integrating data from different clouds.
