Definitely D) Synchronized Data Sources. That's the only option that specifically mentions integrating data from different Salesforce clouds.

I think D) Synchronized Data Sources is the correct answer. It allows the Marketing Cloud admin to bring in data from other Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud.
