Definitely B and C are the right answers. Universal Containers really needs to work on their Contract creation process, it seems a bit... convoluted.

Yes, that's one reason. What about the Subscription Pricing field being blank?

I'm cracking up at the idea of the user trying to create a Contract by just checking a box. Might as well try to summon a unicorn while they're at it!

I'm not sure about the Subscription Conversion Behavior field, but I agree that the Subscription Pricing and a Primary Quote are key factors. Let's hope it's not something silly like a typo in the field!

I agree with Sommer. Another possible reason could be B) The Opportunity must have a Primary Quote associated to it.

I'm going with B and C as well. The Subscription Pricing field is crucial, and the Opportunity should have a Quote associated with it.

Hmm, I think B and C are the most likely reasons. The Opportunity needs a Primary Quote, and the Subscription Pricing field can't be blank.
