Definitely C and D. Who needs those pesky Retail Store KPIs anyway? Let's just automate everything and call it a day. *laughs* As long as the flow works, that's all that matters, right?
C and D seem like the correct options to me. Passing the Assessment Task IDs and Visit IDs to the flow makes sense, and if we have the Assessment Indicator Definition, we shouldn't need the Retail Store KPIs.
