B, for sure. The Shipments tab is the way to go. It's like having a separate window to keep an eye on those pesky shipments. Multitasking at its finest!

D sounds like a lot of work. Why do they need special permissions just to use a split list view? Sounds like a power-hungry admin to me.

C is just silly. Split views are available on custom objects too, not just standard ones. What kind of exam is this?

I think A is the right answer. Filtering by a single shipment record type in the list view should give the team the split view they need.

C) Oh, I see. So, we need to give support users permission to manage list views to enable split list views. Got it!

Definitely B. The Shipments tab on the navigation bar is the way to go. How else are they supposed to see the shipments from the other app?

I'm with Callie on this one. The Manage List Views permission sounds like the way to go. We'll just need to make sure the support users have that permission.

Yeah, that way they can customize their split list views to include shipments from the other support application.

Ah, the age-old question: split list views or single list view? I'd go with option A. Filtering by a single shipment record type seems like the most straightforward solution.

Option C seems a bit too restrictive. I'm pretty sure I've seen split list views on custom objects before. But I could be wrong, so I'm not totally sure about that one.

I'm leaning towards option D. The Manage List Views permission sounds like it could be the key to enabling the split list view. What do you all think?

Hmm, I'm not too familiar with the Shipments tab, but I guess it could be related to the split list view. Let's see what the others think.

This question seems a bit tricky. The split list view is a useful feature, but I'm not sure if it's only available for standard objects. I'll have to think this through carefully.
