B is the way to go. The L3-prem license is the key to unlocking the static route magic on the FastIron. No need to upgrade the whole OS or anything crazy like that.

Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. Does the UFI code image for GZR08095h have anything to do with static routes on the SPS08095e? Seems like a bit of a stretch.
