I bet the user is trying to access the document using a magic spell. In that case, option E: Obtain a wand and cast 'Acessus Documentus' should do the trick!

D looks like a lot of extra work just to get this user access. Reducing data and redistributing the doc? Nah, keep it simple!

C, really? Restarting a service doesn't seem like the best solution here. That's like turning it off and on again, hoping it'll work.

Adding the user to the QlikView Administrators group could be another solution to consider.

B sounds like a bit of overkill. Why make the user an admin when they just need access to that specific document?

Hmm, I think the answer is A. Reloading and distributing the QlikView document seems like the logical step to ensure the user's access is updated.
