The key is finding the right balance. The project manager shouldn't be a dictator, but they also can't just let the team run wild. Maybe they could suggest a few options for meeting times and have the team vote on the best one. That way, everyone feels like they had a say.

Haha, sounds like this team is really struggling with the whole 'self-organizing' thing. If they can't even figure out when to meet, how are they going to deliver working software? The project manager might need to put their foot down a little here.

I agree. The team should have some flexibility to work out the meeting times, but the project manager also has a responsibility to make sure the Agile practices are being followed properly. Maybe they can compromise and find a time that works for most of the team, even if it's not perfect for everyone.

This is a tricky situation. The project manager should definitely be listening to the team's concerns about the daily meetings. Self-organization is a core principle of Agile, but that doesn't mean the team gets to just do whatever they want.
