Haha, I'm picturing the team just staring at each other like 'uh, what do we do now?' if the coach just tells them to figure it out. That could get messy!

I can see the merit in that, Karon. But what if it's a really serious issue that needs higher-level intervention? Sometimes you need to get the project manager involved, you know?

I'm leaning towards option C - instructing the team to try to solve the problem themselves. Agile is all about empowering the team, right? If we just escalate everything, we're not really fostering that self-organization.
