I was also considering performing, but I think Kathrine and Dorothy make a good case for norming. That's when we start to find our groove and build those important trust relationships, right?

I was leaning towards performing, but now I'm not so sure. Norming does make sense as the stage where we really start to click as a team. What do you guys think?

Yeah, I agree with Kathrine. The norming stage sounds right to me. We've gotten past the initial forming and storming stages, and now we're starting to gel as a team and figure out how to work effectively together.

Hmm, this question seems tricky. I'm not entirely sure about the stages of team development, but I think it might be the norming stage where we start to work together and build trust.
