I disagree. Option C is too specific and doesn't capture the broader aim of the Construction phase. Demoing to stakeholders is part of it, but not the primary goal.

I'm not so sure. Option B also seems plausible – the team developing software and releasing it into production every two weeks is a common Agile practice.
