I'm just hoping they don't forget the people aspect. You can have the best processes and technology, but if your team doesn't buy in, it's all for naught. Gotta get everyone on board!
Technology is the foundation, isn't it? You need the right tools and platforms to actually implement DevSecOps. Everything else is just theory without the tech to back it up.
Process, for sure. DevSecOps is all about integrating security into the entire software development lifecycle. That requires a well-defined, streamlined process.
I'd say the focus should be on people - getting the right team with the right skills to make DevSecOps work. Technology is important, but without the right people, it's useless.
