A, but only if the customer is a mind-reading, telepathic, psychic unicorn. Otherwise, B is the safe bet, and the only way to know for sure is to ask the customer to sign off on it. Or, you know, learn to read minds. Either one works.

Trick question! The answer is C: Ask the customer to confirm if the problem is indeed solved. Assuming their agreement is like assuming the customer is a unicorn - it might be nice, but it's not very realistic.
