Increased visibility is a great benefit, but I'm more excited about the automatic scaling and self-healing capabilities of a managed Kubernetes service. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of operations.

I'm not sure I agree that a managed service offers more configuration options. Sometimes you sacrifice flexibility for the convenience of a managed service.
