I agree with Stephanie, phishing would be a more practical choice since we have a playbook for it

ServiceNow is good, but we have a playbook for phishing. It might be more efficient for the POC.

I don't know, guys. Option D - 'neither' - is starting to look pretty tempting. I mean, if we don't have a proper playbook for phishing, and the ServiceNow use case isn't that compelling, maybe we should just scrap the whole thing and start fresh. You know what they say, 'if in doubt, do without'.

Personally, I'd go with option B - either. I mean, why limit ourselves? We've got the resources for both, so why not explore both options and see which one works better for the prospect? It's like having a buffet and only choosing one dish - variety is the spice of life, am I right?

I'm leaning towards the ServiceNow use case. Phishing can be a bit of a minefield, and without a proper playbook, we could end up in hot water. Plus, ServiceNow has a lot of potential for streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

Hmm, this is a tricky one. On one hand, we have a playbook for phishing, which could give us a bit of an edge. But ServiceNow is a pretty robust platform, and we might get more value out of that use case. Decisions, decisions...
