I'm not so sure. Isn't it supposed to be D? Firewall-02 takes over and remains the active-primary member even after firewall-01 comes back online.

Yeah, I agree with Cathrine. The question states that firewall-02 has a higher device priority, so it should take over when firewall-01 is rebooted.
