Which table for NAT and NPTv6 (IPv6-to-IPv6 Network Prefix Translation) settings is available only on Panorama?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: A

The NAT Target tab is a table that allows you to specify the target firewalls or device groups for each NAT policy rule on Panorama. This tab is available only on Panorama and not on individual firewalls. The NAT Target tab enables you to create a single NAT policy rulebase on Panorama and then selectively push the rules to the firewalls or device groups that require them. This reduces the complexity and duplication of managing NAT policies across multiple firewalls1.Reference:NAT Target Tab,NAT Policy Overview,NPTv6 Overview,Updated Certifications for PAN-OS 10.1.

I'm gonna go with option B, the NAT Active/Active HA Binding Tab. It just has a nice ring to it, you know? Plus, who doesn't love a little high availability action?

Haha, you guys are overthinking it. It's obviously the NAT Target Tab, because that's where you set the target for your NAT and NPTv6 translations. Easy peasy!

Nah, it's gotta be the NAT Policies General Tab. That's where you configure all the NAT and NPTv6 rules, right? At least that's where I found it on my last exam.

Wait, isn't that the NAT Active/Active HA Binding Tab? I thought that's where you manage the NAT and NPTv6 settings for high availability.

I see your point, but I still think A) NAT Target Tab makes more sense.

I'm pretty sure it's the NAT Translated Packet Tab, that's where you configure the IPv6-to-IPv6 Network Prefix Translation settings.
