Hah, I bet the real reason is that the server needs a nice cup of coffee before it's ready to migrate anything. Upgrade fatigue, you know?

I'm gonna go with E. Gotta update those VMs to re-authorize the upgraded server. Can't have the server running without permission, am I right?

D sounds right to me. The server needs to be moved back to the same server pool as it was prior to the upgrade. That's gotta be the reason it's not showing up in the list.

I agree with Ronald. It makes sense that all servers need to be upgraded first for the migration to work smoothly.
