I agree, the CDB has shared UNDO and default database temporary tablespace, Oracle-supplied metadata, local users and local roles, and non-shared local metadata.
I think A and F are also correct. The CDB needs to manage the shared UNDO and default temp tablespace, as well as the local temp tablespaces for each PDB.
Definitely B, G, and H. The CDB is the top-level container, so it has to have the Oracle-supplied metadata and local user/role information that the PDBs don't have.
